Presidents' Report

Blessed be the Name of the Lord of All Truth, Even Our Creator, Christ Jesus,

     For in and through Him we have life, and oh, how abundant that Christ-ian life is!  That is why "I press
toward the mark for the prize of the calling of God in Christ Jesus.  Let us therefore, as many as be perfect,
be thus minded:... " (Phil. 3:14-15,KJV).

     Many are called, but not all respond and believe in the "Lord of Glory." "For many are called, but few
are chosen " (Mt. 22:14, KJV).  How wonderful to be children of God, through faith in Christ. And as His
children, we are the heirs of God (Rom. 8:17). As heirs there is a great prize ahead awaiting you and me.

     That's one of the reasons we "press forward toward the mark (a personal attainment) for the prize..."
Heaven is the prize for all committed obedient followers of God on earth.  Our commitment is our obedience
to Christ's call to save the helpless, the poor, the innocent.  Every Christian is called to obey and save our
Christian children from anyone or any evil that would consume them.

     We know what those evils and their destructive harm are to Jesus "little ones."  Pastors know.  Christian
teachers in public schools know.  Churches know, and our great denominational leaders know, also.  Satan is
using our public schools to totally destroy and dismantle the greatest power on earth, the Holy Spirit's
Christian churches.  Every year we witness entire church movements disintegrating—closing—as their
children leave the church and the faith they had in God.

     Who is to blame for such unspeakable ignorance of God's Word and its clear meaning for our duty to
God's most precious of all on earth, His innocent "little ones?"  The formerly largest evangelical
denomination in the nation—the Southern Baptist Conference—has done this.

     It makes the life-saving work of Citizens for Excellence in Education (CEE) parents and our staff ten
times harder.  "RESCUE 2010" is a method that works! It is administered to Christian parents (church
people) who still have Christian children attending our dangerous public schools, through meetings where
the problems of sending our Christian children to public schools are discussed in the light of our biblical
truths found in the Bible.  The three main choices open to parents are: public schools; Christian schools; or
homeschools.

     After the good points and the negative points of each are presented and debated, each parent makes up
his/her mind which venue he/she will use in "CHOOSING YOUR CHILD'S FUTURE."  One year later
the Christian parent meeting sponsor is asked to contact all those in the meetings to see what their choices
were.  To be considered successful, the parents making those choices must have transferred their children
OUT of public schools, INTO a Christian school or homeschool.

     When CEE has enough funds to supply the leaders of those meetings with all the manuals and parent kits
to make an intelligent scriptural choice, these meetings average a 90% success rate.  When CEE cannot print
or purchase the materials needed, because of lack of funds, these same meetings are only 10% successful.
That's why I have often said, this is such a huge education and equipping ministry to Christian families.   It 
takes supplies, manuals, printings, books, meeting room rentals, equipment rentals, etc.  In other words, the

success of "RESCUE 2010" is tied directly to funding.  Although all our Christian parents are 100%
volunteers, the other costs (hard costs) can be high.

     It is so tempting to be discouraged, when we cannot supply the very much needed materials, yet God is
teaching us patience—while talking to the hearts of His people. I often think, that if each of us knew just
how God will be using each one of these precious little Christian boys and girls—looking ahead at the
results—none of us would be tempted to become disheartened.

     One of my dear sons sent me a story to help me to remember—just one child makes it all worthwhile. In
brief, here is the story Dr. Ross Simonds sent to me—his dad.

     One day a poor Scottish farmer heard a cry for help coming from a nearby bog, where a terrified boy was
waist deep in black muck. He ran and saved the lad from slowly sinking to his death. The next day a
nobleman pulled up to his house in a very fancy carriage, saying: "I want to repay you for saving my boy's
life." The farmer (Mr. Fleming) said, "No, I can't accept payment for what I did."

     At that moment, Mr. Fleming's own son came to the door. "Is that your son?" "Why, yes" the farmer said,
proudly. "Sir, I'll make you a deal. Let me provide him with the level of education my own son will enjoy. If the
lad is anything like his father, he will no doubt grow to be a man we both will be proud of."

     And that he did. The farmer's son attended St. Mary's Hospital Medical School and went on to become known
throughout the world as the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin. Years later, the same
nobleman's son who was saved from the bog was stricken with pneumonia. What saved his life this time?
Penicillin. The name of the nobleman? Lord Randolph Churchill. His son who was saved from the bog: Sir
Winston Churchill! As someone once said: "What goes around comes around!!"

     Well, beloved of God, that's exactly what you are doing when you save the very precious life of a boy or
girl now in a public school.  You are God's nobleman or a very noble lady of God's, who is willing to make
your life count for Jesus.

     It didn't take long to save the boy caught in the "bog," but the farmer did respond to the need, and it
turned out to be the great Winston Churchill, who saved England and the known world from a madman
named Hitler.  And God blessed the farmer's own son, who became Alexander Fleming who discovered
penicillin, saving millions of lives.

     Not only did the nobleman pay the farmer back with one of the best-known educations in the world, at
that time; his son was saved a second time. We can see a great principal of God in this story: You cannot
out-give God. Jesus said:

        "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and

        running over, shall men give unto your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete (give or

        measure) withal (to others) it shall be measured to you again " (Luke 6: 38, KJV).

     If, by the miracle of others we do not know, our own child's life was saved; not once, but twice, how
grateful we would be!  Satan wanted that Christian nobleman's son, but God brought the help he needed to
save the own son's very life—twice.  The principle is clear in Jesus' words: If we help others He will help
our own children with the same measure.  His principles never change.  Jesus also said in the same chapter:
"and as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them " (Luke 6:31, KJV).

     The above Golden Rule (or principle) calls each of us to help others to be saved from the wickedness and
sins of our society (schools).  What if your child or my grandchildren (12 now) were to be Satan's target (and
they are beloved!).  Who will help them?

   I believe that as you and I help these lost innocent children, God's Word will rescue our own precious
flock of "little ones." "As it is written," God's Word reminds us, so shall it be!  It cannot be altered or
changed.  The Bible is "inerrant"—without any error, as God gave it by plenary (verbal, absolute) direct
inspiration to His prophets and to His apostles. As we have helped others. God will help "our own.."  The
principle: "Give and it shall be given unto you... " (Luke 6:38, KJV).  That's the way it is! It's inviolable.
It's the Word of God. And what exactly will we be saving these millions of Christian church children from,
beloved of Christ?

        1.  "Abstinence—Based Sex ED? Try Pom 101"—that is the large Orange County Register

            newspaper headline.  Who isn't for abstinence-based sex ed?  But look at what schools have done

            to deceive parents, again.  To cause parents to let down their guard and their concerns for their

            darling children, the schools lie continually.

            "Just say NO to sex until married," right?  Wrong!  More deceit!  Abstinence is only briefly

            mentioned to the classes, if at all.  What do they teach?  Kids are told, "We know you're having

            sex—do it safely!"  Actual surveys show over 50% of kids in high school are having sex, but

            those who do are being hurt by venereal diseases, pregnancies, dropouts and sexual addiction; not

            to mention the very high percentage that have quickly moved into homo/lesbian sex, bi-sexuality

            and worse.

        2.  Most class programs such as "Focus on Kids," promoted by the Centers for Disease Control,

            guide kids to go on a condom hunt.  The team that learns how to put a condom onto a cucumber

            or a dildo (dildos are used as a substitute for the male genitalia) wins.

            They must blow-up the condoms and taste them and decide the flavors and colors to use with a

            boy, for their own pleasure.  "You must experiment with a boy," they say, "Just talking about it

            will turn you on.."  Two girls sexually active with boys are told they can now accept their bi-

            sexuality (making love to boys and girls).  Their experimenting should include "mutual body

            massage; bathing together; masturbation, sensuous feeding, fantasizing, watching erotic movies,

            reading erotic books and magazines" (become addicted to pornography).  The homosexual

            sessions show kids, boys on boys, girls on girls, in every possible way.  All this to introduce

            innocent kids to all forms of abhorrent unnatural sex—and call it abstinence sex ed, for which

            government funding is given.

        3.  Federal agents raided the offices of a California Alternative High School, in Huntington Park, the

            first week of August.  The California Attorney General froze their assets by court order.  These

            are a new type of school being hailed as the new model schools for America.  They are so bad

            they are charged with fraud: financially and educationally.  Examining their curriculum, they

            found they were teaching students:

                A) The Treasury Department is in the Administrative Branch of Government.

                B) The U.S. has 53 states with Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico plus the original 50 states.

                C) There are four (instead of three) branches of government.

                D) There are two houses in Congress: the Senate for Democrats; the House for Republicans.

                E) World War II occurred from 1938 to 1942.

                F) To give the class diversity, students had to read "The Death of a Traveling Salesman" and

                    write a commentary.
     These are only a few of the curriculum errors.  Kids actually have to pay to go there.  It's advertised as a
good fast way to get a GED (high school diploma equivalent).  Josephina Roa said "It was all too easy.. .they
gave us all the answers."  The California Attorney General's office has filed a lawsuit for $32 million
dollars to be paid to the mostly Hispanic students (legal and illegal immigrants).

     The total abject failure of government schools never ends.  A new study by the U.S. Department of
Education, through the liberal "American Association of University Women," on June 30, said: Over half of
the adult sexual "predators" upon children were teachers, their aides and coaches; principals 6%; student
counselors, 5%.  Men who were child sex offenders were 57.2% of all offenders; women child sex offenders
were 42.8%; 15% were man-to-boy sex; 13.1% were woman-to-girl sex.  Findings were a result of 2,065
student in-depth interviews over ten years.

     After this study was released, the radical left-wing NEA (National Education Association) teachers union

 said: "Statistically, public schools remain one of the safest places for children to be."  It has been my

 claim for several years now that the liberal left-wing groups have now become the party of the "irrational."

 Their endorsement of the Democratic Party has led the way for forty years.  What we see are such disastrous

 results for our youth, yes, but also for our nation, which is now joining this "irrational" thinking.

     NO child is safe in our public government schools.  Every day public school children are taught, "If you

 like it, do it!"; and "evolution proves Creation is for the feeble minded."  " The fool hath said in his heart,

 there is no god.   They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good"  (Ps.

 14:1, KJV), is how God describes these people.

      These schools are run by academic and moral reprobates (except for the few Christians there—who run

 almost nothing).  Even the Webster dictionary defines a reprobate as: "one who pursues evil in place of

 good; condemned by God to eternal damnation."

      What man or woman of God could defend such "irrational reprobate minds" and then allow them to own

 their own children in atheistic, immoral public schools, where our Christian church children are turned

 against their faith and morals, as well as families.

      Pray for us, beloved of God.  We are under attack for defense of God's Word, which is truth.  Our

 Church's Christian children are falling away from God as fast as the fall leaves fall from the trees—and in

 almost equal number.  The nation's largest church denomination (SBC) has endorsed public schools.  It's

 you and I, dear ones—God, CEE and God's born-again parent troops, with God's very special anointing

 that will make "RESCUE 2010" a resounding success! Twenty million Christian church children will be

 saved—by God's power—not any man's brilliance or hard work. "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not

 dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea I will help thee; yea I will uphold thee..." (Isaiah

 41:10, KJV). We need each other so very much, beloved doer of His commandments. With God we are an

 undefeatable team—God—you—CEE! A three-strand rope is very strong. "Withhold not good from them to

 whom it is due..." (Prov. 3:27, KJV). Who could we save of more value than Jesus'"little ones?" School

 starts this month! God help us to keep Him first. Our volunteer parents need your help desperately!
